Interdependent Gift Culture
As much as possible we work to avoid reproducing the current dominant financial system, as part of our work transforming colonial capitalism, and work to create an interdependent gift culture. This is a needs-based equitable flow of resources. It is imperfect and limited as it operates within the current paradigm AND its is something we can do to move towards a more equitable world, where money is not a barrier, and we are holding our shared needs in interdependence. This is important in considering how we pay ourselves, how we request contributions towards the sustainability of our work from people and their organisations.
